For domestic shipments in China under 100 kg, we typically use the SF courier service, which is by far the most reliable. You could say they are the Chinese DHL. For shipments over 100 kg, we use the Kuayue courier service, and for over 10 cubic meters and 5 tons, we look for custom shipping solutions as appropriate. The transit time for domestic shipments in China is typically 1-4 days.
The primary mode of transportation, still handling the largest volume of shipments between China and the world. Our company has contracts with the following shipping companies: COSCO, CMA, MAERSK, TAILWIND, EVERGREEN, OOCL, MSC, ONE
For FCL shipping, we have access to all sea ports in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and can efficiently handle all shipping terms, whether it is normal commercial goods or dangerous (DG) cargo.
For LCL sea shipping, we can dispatch shipments from the following cities (depending on the destination): Shenzhen Shekou, Shenzhen Yantian, Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Qingdao, Tianjin.
In addition to sea solutions, we can also use rail routes from China to Asia and Europe (One Road One Belt). We have contracts with the following rail terminals:
Xi’an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou (Datian), Guangzhou (Zengcheng West), Ganzhou, Shanghai, Jinhua, Yiwu, Qingdao (Jiaozhou), Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Hefei, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Xuzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, Changsha.
We can handle FCL shipments from all terminals, and typically dispatch LCL shipments from the following cities: Xi’an, Chengdu, Jinhua.
For rail freight, the maximum cargo weight is 23-25 tons, and dangerous goods can either not be shipped or are very limited. 20 GP containers can only be shipped to Asia, while only 40HQ containers can be shipped to Europe.
Transit time is typically 15-30 days depending on the destination.
It is possible to send air shipments worldwide with DODO EXPORT from the most popular Chinese air ports. Typically, it makes sense to choose normal air cargo solutions for shipments over 100 kg, with a transit time of 7-10 days.
We typically use express air shipping to send product samples to our partners. Whenever possible, we use DHL EXPRESS solutions, as it is by far the most reliable and fastest courier among all, although it is also the most expensive. However, we have found that it is worth the 10-20% premium for better service, unless the shipments are going to the United States, in which case we usually use FedEx and UPS couriers.
We are experts in Chinese export customs clearance, having worked with the same partners for over 10 years depending on the departure terminal, and we know the rules precisely.
Since the same or nearly the same customs rules apply to the member states within the European Union, it is easier for us here. We have an EU customs expert colleague, so we can help with tariff classification for shipments to the EU.

Additionally, we are strong in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries, particularly Argentina and Mexico, and we have customs clearance partners in other South American countries as well.
